（高级）软件测试工程师

工作内容：

-通过分析和理解产品需求、体系结构与相互依赖关系来开发和执行测试计划及测试用例

-确定并应用适当的测试方法及案例

-帮助建立持续集成(CI)环境和持续的过程改进活动

-与产品团队紧密合作，了解需求，识别测试需求，设计测试计划，帮助执行测试，并汇报指定系统的缺陷-通过与开发团队的交互提高代码质量-参与敏捷冲刺和仪式；支持快速迭代和开发

任职要求：

-计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业本科或以上学历

-三年以上相关工作经验

-有更多经验的候选人可被认为是高级软件测试工程师

-精通软件测试方法

-有Agile/Scrum环境的工作经验

-有处理物联网或硬件项目经验者优先-了解持续集成实践，会使用Jenkins者优先

-良好的英语听说读写能力-自主、独立、自学能力强

-擅长烹饪（加分项）

(Senior) Software QA Engineer

The Job：

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases by analyses and understand product requirement, architecture, and interdependencies

- Determine and apply appropriate test methodologies and cases

- Contribute to the building of a Continuous Integration (CI) environment and ongoing process improvement activities

- Work close with product teams on understanding requirements, identify testing needs, design test plans, help execute tests, and report defects on assigned systems- Improving code quality through interaction with development teams

- Participates in Agile sprints and ceremonies; supports rapid iteration and development

The Person：

- Bachelor or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar

- More than 3 years of related work experience

- Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Software QA Engineer

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

- Experience in handling IoT or hardware project is a plus

- Knowledge of continuous integration practices, preferably using Jenkins is a plus

- Good command in written and spoken English- Self-starter, independent and well-organized
