Job responsibility：

    

？  Driving quality initiative in the account

    

？  Meet and Exceed all Internal & External Metrics

    

？  Drive Initiatives on value addition and client VOC

    

？  Managing and develop quality teams for intra-day transactional quality

    

？  Customer Complaint Handling

    

？  Ensure effective management adherence to compliance standards and issue closures.

    

？  Ensuring consistency through calibration between quality, Ops and Client.

    

？  Engagement among Training, Quality, Operation and Client

    

？  Accurately capture the reporting needs of the client

    

？  Program management

    

？  Timely submission of reports & any escalations to the process head.

    

？  Liaison with the process head to identify opportunity area & prepare and implement improvement roadmap.

    

？  Ensure a culture of quality by driving Six Sigma & Lean projects.

    

？  Creative and Innovation thinking for continuous improvement.
