职位描述：

1. 应付账务处理

• 供应商主数据的新建、维护及相关资料的保管
• 审核供应商付款申请单，在确保三单匹配（订单、入库单验收单和发票）和单据真实有效的前提下进行应付发票的账务处理
• 审核员工报销单，编制相应的会计凭证
• 分析应付账款账龄，定期安排应付款项的支付，及时对账、清账
• 安排员工付款、做系统清账，并提供付款明细
• 定期清账(货到票未到/票到货未到)，追踪、跟进采购合同的执行情况和结果
• 外币/非贸付款申请及相关资料的准备和存档
• 关联公司之间的对账
• 定期和供应商对账，包含已开票和未开票部份
• AP凭证的整理、装订和保管

2. 采购合同的管理

• 确保有效采购合同的及时归档

3. AP 其他相关事宜

• 配合公司年度的库存盘点/资产盘点
• 协助内部和外部审计的工作，提供相关资料

4. 协助完成其它相关工作

任职资格：

1. 财经类专科及以上学历
2. 三年外资企业会计工作经验，其中二年以上的应付会计工作经验
3. 良好的中英文书面和口头的表达能力
4. 具有较强的学习能力、财务分析能力、沟通协调能力，工作认真、细致
5. 熟练使用财务软件和各种办公软件，熟练操作SAP系统者优先
