Job Description: “We are seeking a mechanical engineer with a focus on process development who is smart, curious and loves the challenge of solving problems that improve people’s lives. The products we design and manufacture win awards for our company and provide winning innovative solutions to our clients. You’ll collaborate with a fun and close-knit agile team to design,engineer, implement, test, manufacture and continuously deliver new features and products to our customers.”

       

Daily Routine:

    

1.    Cooperate with global engineering team on the R&D task; experience on 3D modeling work and drawing preparation, Solid works is preferred.

    

2.    Lead and drive overall improvement projects in our supplier's factories with a focus on improved performance and quality, lower costs and lead-time reduction basing on technical background.

    

3.    Familiar with Plastic and Metal process, Review and Support analysis of new products for DFA and Product/Process DFX; Work with supplier engineer team on the design feedback and recommendations including features and tolerances.

    

4.    Prepare and review SOP and QA/QC documents for production application.

    

5.    Travel to suppliers per production requirement to do some testing, inspecting, and troubleshooting.

    

6.    Work with supplier engineer on the product improve plan, testing and approve the improved changes.

    

7.    Support sourcing team on the RFQ task, review and confirm the product sample and datasheet meet our requirements, Monitor supplier capability.

    

8.    Support Electrical team to do some testing and improvements.

    

9.    Work with QA/QC team and production team on the product qualification.     

Requirements: 

Bachelors in engineering, Proficient at Cad ( Solidworks is preferred) , English reading and writing CET 5-6, Basic MS Office skills, Self-motivated problem-solving attitude, desire to learn and grow.
