职位描述
- Lead and manage the overall quality teams within GTT Shenzhen group; 领导和管理GTT中国的品质团队
- Primary focus is to lead and manage the quality assurance and quality control processes from IQC incoming materials, IPQC in-process production and FQC final product quality within GTT Shenzhen group;重点是领导和管理GT中国的品质管控流程，从IQC，IPQC到最终的FQC
- Effectively and efficiently participate, as needed, in all related IQC, IPQC and FQC quality assurance and control supply chain AQL inspections; 根据需求，高效地参与所有的IQC，IPQC和FQC的品质环节，管理供应链的AQL检验
- Ensure that all quality assurance and control AQL inspections are documented timely and accurately for organizational distribution; 确保所有的品保和AQL检验文档记录都能及时准确地完成，以便分享。
- Review, establish and enhance quality department procedures and work instructions as needed, to address and implement quality control requirements and protocols; 根据需求审核，建立和强化品质部门的流程和工作指引 ，以解决和实施品控需求和协议
- Review, establish and enhance meaningful, accurate, transparent and optimized systems of data collection and data presentation that promote a quality culture of digitization and data driven decision making operations; 审核，建立和强化有意义的，准确的，透明的和优化的数据收集和展示系统，以促进以数据为导向的决策制定的品质文化
- Objectively assess the quality team’s performance by identifying strengths to expand upon and to identify areas of opportunity (weaknesses) for improvement; 通过鉴定优势的可延伸性和缺点的可提升性来客观地平价品质团队的绩效
- Take the appropriate training actions to develop a performance-based quality organization by meeting and exceeding organizational KPI key performance indicators; 通过适当的培训，以建立以绩效为准的品质团队，来满足或超过组织的核心绩效考核指标
- Proactively engage in internal GTT organizational training and external vendor training as needed to promote and deliver a culture of predictable and sustainable quality assurance and control; 根据需要积极参与内部组织和外部供应商的培训，以促进和达成建立可预见和可持续的品质管控文化
- Work closely with key critical vendors on overall quality improvement by always exploring opportunities for Lean production, Kaizen optimization and continuous improvement quality initiatives; 通过不断的对精益生产，现场改善和持续改进的探索，和与核心供应商紧密地合作，来不断地提升整体的品质。
- Closely collaborate with other related functional teams within GTT to proactively identify and assess supply chain quality risks and corrective actions; 与GTT内部部门紧密协作，以主动识别和评估供应链中的品质风险和纠错措施
- Review the expense reports and travel application of the quality team to make sure that the expenses are reasonable and consistent, proactively seek suggestions / ideas from the team for cost reduction initiatives. 审核品质团队的出差报销报表，确保所有的报销都是合理且一致的，主动向团队寻求建议以降低成本
- Complete other tasks assigned by management in a timely manner and with highly positive results. 及时完成领导层交代的其他任务，并取得积极的成果
● 5 years or more of electronics production and quality management related working experience 5年和5年以上电子产品品质管理相关经验
● College diploma or equivalent combination of education & experience 本科文凭，或具有等同的经验和学历的
● Exhibits sound and accurate judgement; includes appropriate people in decision-making process 能有准确的判断，包括在人事的决策上
