Responsibilities:
Planning and Budgeting
1.Develop KPI from company level KPI, deploy KPI goals from company goals
2.Make department budget and plan, allocate department budget to sub functions and monitor the achievement of the budget.
3.Sustain the development of Cost-saving.
4.Control expense within budget
5.Fully responsible for manufacturing variance (MV), regularly review MV performance with relative subordinates and take necessary actions to ensure meeting MV goals.
People Management & Development
1.Build a team with strong sense of urgency, sense of responsibility, proactive, strong team working and adequate necessary skills, and fully align with TE core value.
2.Achieve targeted performance and retain key talent.
3.Establish internal training system and conduct training.
4.Resolve people issues in the team.
In order to achieve targeted performance goal.
Production Management
1.Champion the implementation of TEOA in all manufacturing functions, fully make use of TEOA tools to improve manufacturing performance from all perspectives.
2.Lead improvement action plan of department.
3.Supervise and monitor production process.
4.Solve key issues in production.
5.Audit and confirm various report.
6.People productivity improvement in both hours and dollars
In order to ensure the smooth production.
Quality Control
1.Foster a culture of quality focus, manage and take lead to improve both in-process and finished good quality.
2.Maintain production quality system.
3.Monitor the implementation of quality policies in production.
4.Lead key improvement project.
In order to ensure product quality.
Equipment Managemenrt
1.Develop and monitor equipment maintenance plan.
2.Direct equipment maintenance training.
3.Optimize recourses.
4.Corporate with ME to solve key problems in production.
5.Improve and maintain equipment utilization at a target level;
6.Continously improve equipment efficiency
In order to ensure the equipments meet the operation requirement.
Production Safety Management
1.Build a culture of zero injury, and take necessary actions to ensure achieve the goal of zero injury.
2.Monitor the implementation of production safety policy in production.
3.Solve the key safety issues.
4.Communicate key safety problems with related departments.
In order to avoid accident occurrence.
Material Management
1.Promote incoming material quality improvement.
2.Communicate incoming quality problem with related departments.
3.Reduce assembly product scrap rate.
