Personalities:

·       Eager to accept new challenge and lead all Audio product development programs, from concept to MP.

·       Enjoy working with external partners and fostering collaboration with internal resources.

·       Have desire to build and lead an Audio project management team as well as creating new brands.  

Responsibilities:

·       Provide project management oversight of external teams developing next generation Audio and consumer electronic products, across the entire product life cycle.

·       Work with the Product development team during the new product development to assure the best quality of audio products.

·       Review and improve the existing products in the portfolio to constantly make the quality better.

·       Monitor the market to discover and understand new inventions and technologies that can be used in our products.

·       Develop, document, and deploy new processes, with initial focus on audio device development under design controls.  Ensure our products are compliant with the relevant internal and regulatory requirements.

 

Skills & attributes:

·       +6 years Audio product development experience ,incl at least 3 years of Ture wireless Stereo product development experience on the specific “electronic engineering” domain works.

·       Working knowledge in drawing PCB and its theory design mindset

·       Working knowledge in Radio frequency design and related elements for tuning the RF

·       Working knowledge in the different chipset solution and platform , like BES,Airoha, QCC and its Software protocol.

·       Thorough understanding of Electronic test and measurement systems and techniques

·       Experience with active noise cancellation technology is highly desirable

·       Solid interpersonal skills

·       Frequent travel to factories is required.

 

 Education & Experience:

·       BS required in Acoustical or Electrical Engineering, MS preferred

·       5+ years of direct acoustic design experience of high-performance portable audio products

·       2+ years of hands-on acoustic test experience

·       Experience developing consumer products or with related technologies or applications preferred.

·       Experience from work with international companies
