Main duties and responsibilities:

 

• Warehouse daily operation management and KPI monitoring.
• Maintain Inventory accuracy, keep “System stock”、 “Labeling” and “physical stock” conformity, Stocktaking management.
• Work on continuous improvement related to warehouse activities/procedures.
• Coordinate with ERP system upgrade or optimization related to warehouse function if have.
• Assist for the 3PL warehouse’s management.
• Motivating, training/coaching and performance evaluating to warehouse operators.
• 6S standard implement and audit.
• Coordinate issues with internal departments or external companies.

 

 

Required skills/experience:

 

• College level or above, major in Logistic, statistics or related is preferential.
• Experienced in warehouse management/worker mangement for at least 3 years or above.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Customer oriented, well-organized and be able to meet strict deadlines.
• Have good experiences/skills about employee coaching/motivation and team-building.
• Be a good team player, responsible, efficient, positive and friendly.
• Expert in MS Office software, and familiar with ERP system.
• Does not take “no” as an answer, but pursues possibilities to get things done in a timely manner
