Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Finance Director, Property and Buildings, China Region and work closely with Division Head (DH)

• Provide advice to DH for attaining financial goals

• Responsible for assembling, preparing and presenting financial data and alert the Project Directors/ Managers and DH for follow-up actions

• Review project financial budget prepared by Project Managers and check against benchmark set in Fee Proposal stage

• Conduct proposal reviews to assess profitability, expected project cash flow pattern and potential tax liability of the bids

• Perform contract review in the context of financial and taxation terms

• Review business proposals and build business models to facilitate management decision making

• Prepare financial budget and forecast for the business team

 Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Highly organized and motivated individual with the ability to work independently

• Proactive team player with strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills

• Willing to work under pressure and commit to meet deadline

• A degree holder in Accountancy and Business Administration or a Professional Accountant

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar financial role, preferable in engineering, construction, consulting business or property development

• Prior experience in external auditing will be an advantage
