Job Summary

Supports quality team to handle Failure analysis and customer complains. Provide the detailed Failure analysis report，guide the repair of customer return, provide FA summary to Quality team for improvement。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1, Responsible to perform failure analysis on AC/DC & DC/DC power supply products returned from customers.

2, Responsible to write up in English the FA report meeting the deadline with root causes analysis & CA Plan.

3, Ensures that corrective actions are implemented in factory.

4, Interfaces with CQE for any customer complains on product quality defect.

5, Located in Shenzhen China, Some oversea travelling needed

Requirements:

Technical / Professional skill/Experience

1, Possesses technical knowledge of power supply working theory, prototype, and Troubleshooting techniques.

2, Possesses a complete understanding of quality tools such as IPC standards, FMEA, Fishbone, 5Whys and etc.

3, Have a good knowledge of ISO 9000 standards, ESD programs, and Total Quality management.

4, Familiar with IPC-A-610 PCBA workmanship standards and familiar with process of DVT, ESS, ORT and life testing.

5, Have computer skills on PC software, include office, D365, and Engineering PLM..

6, Excellent problem-solving skills; logically solves problems.

7, Can works under pressure to handle cases with customer directly.

Education/Language

1, Bachelor of Electronincs or Electricity is a must.

2, Above 5 years in switching power product manufacturing field

3, Fluent in English (Oral and Writing).
