Responsibilities:

·       Provide project management oversight of external teams developing next generation Audio and consumer electronic products, across the entire product life cycle.

·       Work with the Factory’s and Brand owners from overseas during the new product development stage to assure the best quality of audio products.

·       Review and improve the existing products in the portfolio to constantly make the quality better.

·       Develop, document, and deploy new processes, with initial focus on audio device development under design controls.  Ensure our products are compliant with the relevant internal and regulatory requirements.

·       Coordinate with internal team to ensure all project deliverables meet customer demand in timely and cost-effective manner (Deliver projects on time in full).

·       Define the whole project timeline based on the tasks to be performed.

·       Source new electronic products to meet overseas sales requirement.  

Skills & attributes:

·       Sufficient familiarity with Portable Audio development processes (TWS/ Headsets/ ANC) and software developments.

·       Working knowledge of high-level hardware design & development processes across a wide range of disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, acoustics, industrial design, usability/human-factors, and manufacturing.

·       Exceptional technical problem solver, with ability to scope out, plan, and lead OEMs to investigate and solve challenging problems 

·       Basic electronic engineering knowledge, to assure best product quality

·       Strong knowledge of headphone/TWS acoustic structures and enclosure/porting design

·       Experience with active noise cancellation technology is highly desirable

·       Experience using 3D CAD tools will be an advantage.

·       Frequent travel to factories is required.

 

Education & Experience:

·       Bachelor or above in Business or Electrical Engineering

·       3+ years’ Project managing experience of high-performance portable audio products such as TWS / Headphones / ANC.

·       Experience project managing consumer products or with related technologies or applications preferred.

·       Strong interpersonal & communications skills.

·       Good at Mandarin and English both in written and verbal.

·       Willing to work independently and work under pressure to meet targets.

·       Experience from work in or direct with international companies
