高级产品摄影师Senior Product Photographer

Job Goal:

Create detailed photos of New Concepts products at their best for e-commerce use

Primary Responsibilities:

· Take impactful white background and ambient Product Photos of a large variety of items

• Take high quality product photos of our many categories of items following a concept design
• Work in the studio under the direction of the Photography Supervisor both independently and alongside art directors capturing digital images of mobile accessories.
• Utilizing professional shooting and lighting techniques to showcase realism, texture, and colors at their best.
• Utilizing creative flair to develop unique shoots quickly and effectively

· Effectively manage a high-volume workload from start to finish

• Photograph a high number of products per day, with 1-5 shots per product
• Help develop techniques and best practices for shooting and editing all of our product categories
• Proactively identify challenges in workflow or process and use critical thinking to provide the Photography Supervisor with potential solutions and ensure creation of all process documentation.
• With a focus on quality work, be a quick problem solver to ensure productivity and time to market standards
• Responsible for accurate completion of shot lists, file naming, processing and organization of digital files

· Work closely and collaboratively in a team environment within the Graphics team.

• Report directly to the Photography Supervisor in the Graphics Team
• Self-driven and able to effectively communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a multi-team environment
• Comfortable taking feedback and direction
• Focus on learning our method of operations and our equipment to the best of your ability, and bringing forth ideas for improvement to the immediate supervisor.

· Show creativity and style with relatable Ambient images

• As needed take ambient images of New Concepts items under the direction, first of a concept, and your own creativity
• When not given a clear ambient image direction, be creative and show flair and unique style in development
• Work with Supervisor and the purchasing team to obtain needed props and model needs within a given item budget
  
  

The right candidate must be experienced in

• 5+ active years as a Product Photographer, major or degree in photography, art, or related area useful
• Have a keen eye for quality and details (texture, light reflection, shadow, color)
• Proven ability to accurately photograph a given concept developed by an Art Director
• Professional photography portfolio that demonstrates an expert-level knowledge of digital photography, including lighting, composition, color quality, and aesthetics
• Must have a high-level competency of Photoshop, Lightroom, Microsoft Office
• Strong English speaking, reading, and writing comprehension is required
• Understanding how to use high end Canon Cameras and Godox strobe lighting is a plus
• Bringing a positive proactive approach to solving problems, ability to transfer knowledge & implementation of training, skills in organization and process management
• Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of workflow including prioritization, planning, and task delegation under tight deadlines
• Accustomed to the high intensity level of an e-commerce studio environment, and ability to thrive under tight deadlines
