职位描述
工作职责:
课组人员招募、培训和管理达标
公司新器件的引进和按期完成
开发Logic器件的工艺及性能达标
相关DOE设计及持续器件良率提高
课组内无生产安全事故
配合部门年度预算的编撰与执行；
课组内生产成本之持续降低；
完成上级单位指派的其他任务。
任职资格:
1. 微电子、半导体材料类相关专业本科以上学位，具备8年以上Logic/CMOS器件开发整合及一年以上管理经验。Bachelor above electronics，material related subject, 8 years above MV power MOS integration experiences.
2. 熟悉CMOS/Inverter/SRAM/Ring oscillator工作原理并透彻理解其关键电性参数的测试原理和方法。Familiar with all kinds of MOS structure as SRAM/CMOS/IOMOS & Deeply understand LV CMOS key electrical parameters test principals and implement solutions.
3. 熟悉半导体器件单步工艺（Diff,CVD,PVD,Wet,Etch,Litho,IMP等）和制作方法。
4. 具有CIS开发相关经验或者LCD driver相关经验优先
