摄影部门高级修图师

主要职责

• 根据摄影师的想法修白底图，精细扣图，修整颜色和光线等
• 每天至少完成6个产品(每款产品4-8张图)，主动协助培训提高修图技巧，主动改善工作流程，保证工作质量善于解决问题，准确完成文件存档命名
• 与其它摄影师及修图师紧密合作，向摄影部主管汇报，善于团队合作，有需要时可拍摄照片，愿意接受反馈，学习工作流程并提出改善建议
• 最后编辑及上传图片至系统

        

任职要求

• 4年以上产品摄影修图经验，有优秀的分辨图片质量和细节的眼光(纹理光线颜色阴影等)
• 精通Photoshop, Lightroom, Microsoft Office
• 有能代表修图能力的作品集
• 基本英语沟通能力
• 注重细节，灵活应变，合理安排且高效高质地完成工作
• 会摄影是加分项

Job Goal:

Edit detailed photos of New Concepts Items at their best for e-commerce use

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Edit White Background images based on a final concept, which were taken by photographers

• Edit, retouch, and create final output image from studio and/or Ambient photography taken by team photographers
• Make detailed selections of items and remove from backgrounds
• Color, tone, and light correct images creating a uniform group of final image
  
  2. Effectively manage a high-volume workload from start to finish
  
• Complete retouching for more than 6 items (4-8 images per item) per day
• Recognize and assist in developing techniques, training, and best practices for editing
• Proactively identify challenges in workflow or process and use critical thinking to provide the Photography Supervisor with potential solutions
• With a focus on quality work, be a quick problem solver to ensure productivity and time to market standards
• Responsible for accurate completion of file naming, processing and organization of digital files
  
  3. Work closely with other team photographers and editors
  
• Report directly to the Photography Supervisor and integrate within the team culture
• Self-driven and able to effectively collaborate in a multi-team environment
• Be available to take photos, if needed
• Comfortable taking feedback and direction
• Focus on learning our method of operations and our equipment to the best of your ability, and bringing forth ideas for improvement to the immediate supervisor.
  
  4. Final edit and effectively prepare images for upload onto the internet

• Retouch and process photos that have been taken either by members of the Photo Team.
• Create selection of the item for removal of background, and clean up blemishes to ensure the product looks its best.
• After edit, upload to a central server for final approval and internet use.

The right candidate must be experienced in

• 4+ active years as a Product Photo Studio Editor, major or degree in photography, art, or related area useful
• Have a keen eye for quality and details (texture, light reflection, shadow, colour)
• Proven ability to accurately edit images from a given concept developed by an Art Director
• Editing portfolio that demonstrates a high-level knowledge of how to retouch for optimal lighting, composition, color quality, and aesthetics
• Experience in taking product photos in a studio environment a plus
• Strong English speaking, reading, and writing comprehension is required
• Must have a high-level competency of Photoshop, Lightroom, Microsoft Office
• Understanding how to use high end Canon Cameras and Godox strobe lighting is a plus
• Skills in organization and process management
• Bringing a positive proactive approach to solving problems
• Ability to transfer knowledge & implementation of training
• Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of workflow including prioritization, planning, and task delegation under tight deadlines
• Accustomed to the high intensity level of an e-commerce studio environment, and ability to thrive under tight deadlines
