Duties:

• Communicate with US clients/sales director, NPD and Account management teams on design and ideas for home deco/season items

• Initiate and collect new idea and innovation

• Tour factories for ideas/products

• allocate design work to the team members

• Artwork review and approval

• Showroom initiative and touch up

• Fashion trend sharing to internal teams

• Coach and train people

 

Qualification:

 

• University Graduate

• Fluent in writing and oral English

• 8-10 years of experience in design, preferably on home deco/season item, among them,  3-5 years in managerial position with trading company, buying office or in fashion industry  

• Good hand drawing technique

• Good practical experience on Photoshop & Illustrator

• Good eyes in fashion trend and preferably with previous exposure to US market

• Sound knowledge in factory, products, material and costing

• Good communication skill in international working environment

• Able to work under pressure and within timeline
