职位描述
Position Summary
Ideally with knowledge of a wide range of PC Hardware, Software & computer accessories products,a key deliverable will be to find product and supplier solutions to meet customer requirements.
A keen understanding of processes in Procurement, Supply Chain, Pricing model and experience in order fulfilment with various customer & suppliers will be essential.
The role will suit individuals who display high energy, are flexible, enthusiastic, confidence and thrive on working on their own initiative.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle customer product queries & sales requests, preparing formal quotes and SKU set up.
· Evaluate & select suppliers to meet business needs while maximizing commercial benefits.
· Supplier negotiation and customer relationship management.
· Support the daily order management process, ensure orders are processed & updated within customer SLA’s.
· Pro-active vendor engagement, ensuring ship date dates are on track, with regular follow up to ensure key commits are achieved.
· Resolve any potential problems relative to product availability across the supply chain.
· Manage & execute purchase orders & sales order requirements in line with company guidelines & procedures.
· Monitor the tracking of purchase orders to ensure prompt and complete delivery
· Regular interaction with customer to offer solutions or escalate were necessary, ensure timely escalation of any roadblocks
· Support all business requirements in relation to material planning & procurement activities for the customer.
· Coordinate information between Finance, Operations, Customer and Suppliers.
· Weekly attendance at Customer & Overseas office meeting in English
Skills
· Strong product knowledge of the PC market and hi-tech industry - specifically hardware, software and peripherals commodities and associated supply chain
· Good strategic and analytical skills.
· Fluency in English
· Team player with the ability to work well in a pressurised environment to demanding objectives
· Extensive knowledge of MRP and SAP.
· Knowledge on logistics, can support supplier shipment booking with 3PL.
· Good communication skills
· Advanced knowledge of office – power point, excel and word is a requirement
Education and Experience
· Demonstrable experience of customer interaction and management of price sensitive information
· Bachler Degree or above.
· Min 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment
· Previous experience of interacting with multiple levels within an organisation
