Position Description: 1. Define and plan the HR annual priorities to support the business2. Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes3. Provide HR solutions and lead the delivery effort for organization development and talent development, ensure Lenovo has the right talent, in the right location, at the right time4. Lead one area of HR expertise (learning & development, C&B, TA etc.) for the entire organization from design to execution5. Implement HR programs by collaborating with function HR teams6. Build the communication mechanism to provide feedback, coaching and information to management as well as contribute to employee engagement7. Cultural Cohesion, implement a common set of values that guide how Lenovo employees need to work, treat other & be treated Position Requirement:1. Bachelor’s degree or above in HR management, business administration, or related field2. 5-years’ HRBP experience in multinational organization, edge-computing or start-up company experience is preferred3. Rich experience in talent acquisition4. Strong ownership, proactive and quick learning capability5. Strategic, organized, result-driven, and act quickly6. Excellent communication skills in both English and mandarin, oral and written7. Cloud/edge computing industry background preferred
