We are currently hiring Manager, Lease Management ( warehouse), GC

• Based in Shanghai
• To provide Lease management services across a portfolio of property assets spread throughout Greater China, namely People’s Republic of China (PRC), Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan.

As a Manager, Lease Management ( warehouse), GC, you will

• Understanding of the various needs across Greater China for Toll and a requirement to translate the needs into functional briefs for sourcing accommodation solutions.
• Achieving the optimum outcome in property lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews and protection of the company’s position in terms and conditions of the lease.
• Providing proactive support in line with the Corporate Strategy to consolidate and co-locate firm footprints for various business units
• Providing proactive and realistic support to all Business Units (BUs) during and through the various stages of Request for Proposal (RFP) and any other types of property related work aligned to corporate objectives.
• Establish a network of landlord or real estate agencies for site sourcing

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Experience(s) in working in Multi-National Corporations (MNCs) or Large Firms will be preferable
• Property and/or relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum of 2-3 years in the Real Estate Industry
