Job Description:                                                                                                         

• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth of Power Switch business with cross-teams collaboration;
• Coordinate with System/Application/Sales team for new product proposal contribution, engage in new product roadmap and price strategy identification;
• Consolidate resources and solutions to ensure customers and sales have a consistent and easy to access experience with Power Switch BU;
• Communicate, train, update sales teams on Power Switch strategy , products and product roadmaps;
• Assess market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenues and market share;
• Join sales team on customer visits at key accounts and/or at key opportunities; 
• Coordinate and prepare technical product / application trainings ( both COMANY staff and Distribution partners )
• Lead & coordinate efforts to provide technical product collateral materials, evaluation boards, apps notes, technical articles, etc.
• Develop & monitor business plan, marketing strategy for defined product lines;
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with the sales team.

 

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering;
• 3+ years in a technical marketing role;
• Proven track record of business development;
• Ability to manage and grow product portfolio;
• Good technical system knowledge;
• Willingness to travel;
• Self-esteem, self-motivated with initiative and ability to work in a global team environment;
• Ability to manage and motivate cross functional teams without direct report responsibility;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
