Responsibilities：

1. Greet visitors, and direct them to appropriate areas of the school, provide visitors with drinks (coffee, tea etc.) 接待来访者，正确引导访客到学校相应的接待区域，并提供饮料（咖啡、茶等）。 

2. Handle all reasonable requests from members of staff, intended for official school affairs

   协助处理所有教职员工提出的与学校事务有关的合理需求。 

3. Identify and report of any possible security concerns

  识别并报告任何潜在的安全问题。

4.  Manage lost properties and direct parents/students to named collecting area for lost properties

    管理丢失的财物；引领家长/学生到指定的区域认领丢失物品。 

5. Answer all calls in an appropriate manner, talking messages where necessary or transferring the caller appropriately.

    礼貌的接听来访电话，在必要时留言或适当地转接来电。

6. Handle all email communications directed to the reception

    处理所有前台接收的电子邮件  

7.To provide administrative support to academic team

    为教学团队提供行政支持。

    

Key competencies 

1. Bachlor’s degree or above.

   本科以上学历

2. Good command of oral and written English and Chinese.

   优秀的英文听说读写能力

3. Familiar with office software; Good at communication; excellent time management and organization skills

   熟悉办公软件; 良好的沟通技巧;优秀的时间管理和组织能力

4. Team player, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to different tasks at hand

   具有团队合作精神，能够自我激励，迅速适应不同的工作任务安排。

5. Responsible, clever and excellent attention to details
