Lumentum is seeking a Staff NPI Process Engineer. The Job summary as the following

?          Involve  from Gate 1 to Gate 4, involve Ops from Gate 3 , transfer to Ops after Gate 4

?          Process transfer, machine setup/ release for ramp up

?          WI & PI translation / revise base on actual Mfg requirement, technician & operator training, PFMEA regular review

?          Process capability analysis & improvement (CPK/SPC/Yield/Process time)

?          Mechanical modification

?          Mechanical tooling design

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading an experienced technical team for process design and engineering development

• Define and develop process capabilities

• Champion of DFM analysis/review

• Manage technical/engineering development programs

• Generate technical proposals and technical reports

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor degree and/or above, major in mechanical/materials engineering, automation and any other relevant Engineering field;

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the fiber-optics industry or a related industry; experience in managing Technical Program or Development team would be preferred.

• Self-driven, self-motivated and ability to bring the best from team member

• Proficient in English, both in speaking and writing.
