The Sales Engineer/manage Optics is instrumental in increasing market share of Interferometers for Sphere, Asphere and Freeform optical lenses and complete metrology equipment for optical Industry in China for

Business Development
- Identification, quantification and prioritisation of new customers and applications;
- Identifies potential future business in other areas (e.g. automotive, aerospace)
- Report market trends and appropriate actions
Sales
- Compiling and ensure the annual order entry budget
- Establish first contact and promote products, generate inquiries
- Work out sales proposals and explain to potential customers
- Extensive travel to discuss ongoing projects and develop new customers
- Negotiate and finalize projects
- Forming and maintaining close relationship with key people in the market;
- Feed back necessary requirements/modifications on existing machines to suit market needs
Marketing
- Prepare plans to penetrate the markets
- Prepare and attend seminars, workshops, exhibitions and other events
- Competition analysis;
This position requires an agile sales engineer with strong communication  and an extensive network in the optics or any other affiliated industry

 Bachelor or Master Degree in Physics, Optics or Engineering;？ At least five years working experience in a regional sales role, preferably in a Multi-National Corporation;？ Proven track record in sales of high-tech equipment;？ Effectively bilingual in Chinese and English;x. 40% travelling is required (approx. 40%). [JOB AD] Recruitment process:+ Telephone Interviews
