Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for program revenue and profit

• Commercial and business terms negotiations (includes Part Price and CAPEX)

• Define program business strategies

• Drive operational cost efficiencies through process optimization or design change

• Bridge towards an effectively balance between organization’s operation and customer’s need

• Evaluate technical and business risks in accordance to competition analysis

• Conduct market research including Industry trend, Product News, Market Share, New Technologies

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams towards successful product launches

• Develop and maintain good relationship with customer

  
  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical, business related field or equivalent practical experience.

• 3+ years of working experience in business development, supply chain management, sales or relevance customer interfering role in contract manufacturing industry

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Based in Shenzhen, China

• Top-notch analytical/negotiation skills, detail orientated thinking and tenacious problem solving skills

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
