Position Description: Work with Notebook Dev/ID for innovation tech assessment, trails and optimization in new finish treatments or new material application, in different stage from early tech concept and application on new products.？ Learn industry trend in material and CMF development, and provide tech support in related activities.？ NUDD and mitigation plan for innovations, apply new tech or control process on new products and secure smooth launch in production. Do research for specific difficult tech bottle neck and find solutions and long-term plan for process improvement.？ Responsible for mechanical parts engineering qualification for ODM products, Coverage from prototype to mass production.？ Lead Mech part supplier management activity for ODM products, such as supplier audit, timely supplier performance monitoring, regular supplier performance review and driving supplier’s continuous improvement for quality concerns and issues in Mfg and field.？ Responsible for specific tasks as part of a team involved for digitizing program, participate in UAT and proposal for optimization. Position Requirement:Education: In mechanical engineering, chemical, materials science, master or doctor is preferred.? Be familiar with molding/stamping/Die-casting, CNC, surface treatment process (painting, anodizing, plating, PVD, feather.) or raw material (metal, resin, Mg/al, glass, CFRP/GFRP) ? Good knowledge in each process including tech concept, parameters and solution for optimization or properties of materials, compositions, material manufacturing process, and analysis tech.? Good knowledge of quality system, ISO9000/14000, strong supplier & process qualification experience. LSS GB/BB is preferred.? Strong data analysis and initiative and problem-solving skills, lab analysis skill and capability is plus, like EDX, FTIR etc. ? Good Communication & presentation skill; Self-motivated, quick learner, computer & office etc.? Mult program management skill, PMP is a plus.? Fluent in both writing and speaking in English.
