本岗位与销售挂钩。

岗位职责
1、接待电话、QQ来访客户，分析客户需求，引导客户购买产品；
2、处理客户的来电，完成售前及售后所提供的相应咨询服务，促成客户成交；
3、处理客户的投诉与建议，做好相应记录，并反馈给相应部门进行处理；
4、进行客户资料的登记、管理，建立客户档案；
5、通过电话、电子邮件、网络平台等方式向用户提供咨询；
6、维护客户关系，跟进处理客户的售后问题。
岗位要求
1、大专及以上学历，28岁以下，有相同工作经验者可以放宽；
2、了解软件开发、互联网、服务器、主机等业务；
3、善于做好客户跟进，具有良好的沟通能力及客户维护能力；
4、熟悉互联网社区、及电子商务工具，能利用其进行工作；
5、思维活跃、有创新精神，能进行一些开发性的网络营销；
6、工作积极主动，能配合团队完成公司既定的销售目标；
7、热情开朗、普通话标准，能积极进行团队合作。
