？ 接听来电、订单录入和维护、客户账户维护；

？ 与客户群、销售队伍、制造、研发、市场等部门保持联系；

？ 调查投诉以解决客户问题，协助编制价格调整、订单录入错误和其他管理错误的信用备忘录；

？ 与需求计划、客户和仓库外的库存物品紧密合作；

？ 与市场部和销售部合作，掌握价格，准确维护系统；

？ 与供应链买家/计划员紧密合作，协调客户订单所需的变更；

？ 在相关项目/团队中与经理合作，协助制定、建立和维护客户服务和相关职能的标准实践和程序；

？ 根据需要前往生产地点和客户群；

？ 必要时与财务部合作检查发票和应收账款；

？ 管理新的收货订单和库存补货，确保按时交货，与物流部门合作检查发货时间表，预定船舶并准备装运文件；

？ 与销售代表和经销商密切合作，维持现有业务并发展新的业务机会。

任职要求：

？ 客服、销售支持相关经验优先；

？ 优秀的外语书面和口头沟通能力，能够与团队以及客户群建立合作关系

？ 成熟的分析解决问题能力、数学技能、制造业知识体系和沟通技能；

？ 能够自我指导，以实现公司和业务部门的目标；

？ 能够灵活地为业务活动提供支持并执行实施流程。
