1. ROLE PURPOSE

   Strategic role responsible for initiating strategic changes within Company

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position would be responsible for both official online platform and 3rd party platforms. He/ She would be responsible for all digital marketing strategies and ecommerce platform promotion and operation.

To be more specific:

Product content development pricing & promotion strategy (in partnership with store teams)

Product portfolio strategies by working closely with product teams Inventory forecasting, planning and lifecycle management

Marketing & Web Experience Online creative strategy and execution (including technical development)

Marketing strategy development across media (search, email, display)

Overall online promotional strategy including management of free shipping P&L

Web and campaign analysis to optimize results

Drop ship and alternate fulfillment strategies and relationship management (e.g. gift cards, etc.)

Continuous improvement of customer sales & service satisfaction

Control and manage ecommerce P&L Manage annual budgeting process with Finance team

Align team objectives to overall financial and business goals

Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales and profit goals

Own and develop all critical ecommerce relationships

Manage the coordination between in-market cross divisional business partners (e.g. Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Logistics) to ensure the successful operation of the group. Serve as primary owner of relationship with Local providers Represent and advocate for local business needs
