1. Supplier Management, responsible for supplier development, evaluation and auditing 2.Price negotiation, control and reduce procurement costs 3.Be responsible for but not limited to new parts approval process, production parts approval process, first article inspection and other activities in the Supplier Quality Assurance 4. Drive supplier to improve the quality and process control, reduction of variation, the use of error-proofing technology, lean manufacturing 5. Be responsible for besides fans and PCB’s, also to small motors and small gear motors , machinery-related material.

1..Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering 2.At least 5 years purchasing / supplier development experience, foreign experience preferred 3.Familiar with large-scale production process, high mix low-volume supply chain 4. Familiar with quality system of lean production, manufacturing process control, corrective and preventive measures, ISO9001 auditor experience preferred 5. Good written and spoken English, German will be added advantage 6. Familiar with Microsoft Office software, SAP system preferred 7.Able to travel frequently or work assignment 8.under 30 years old or above 40 years old, native of Shanghai 9.Please provide resume in Chinese and English
