职位描述

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively manage new initiative / projects through Transformation Community;

2. Follow project portfolio acceptance process to lead and manage other projects or new tender;

3. Defining scope, request for proposal, preparing DOU (document of understanding);

4. Develop formal or informal processes and procedures based on project complexity;

5. Multi-task management capability and leverage appropriate technology/applications to improve business operations;

6. Effectively manage expectations from business and engaging right level of teams to drive results;

7. Understands requirement for Life Cycle Management;

    

8. Identify and document business rules;

    

9. Identify issue/pain point/opportunities, propose for resolution business case;

    

10. Execute strategy analysis, solution evaluation, implementation of change;

    

11. Create suitable business analysis artifacts;

    

12. Comfortable with significant amounts of detail.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above,master is preferred;

2. Bachelor in Business/Engineering/Computer Science/Math/Statistics/Logistics;

3. At least 5 year experience in logistics related industry and 2 years program management experience;

4. Very fluent English (oral/written);

5. Remains customer oriented and understands the voice of the customer;

6. Ability to execute multiple leadership styles;

7. Ability to organize and motivate project teams, lead customers and service providers;

8. Ability to document and communicate project scope, document deliverables required for project success, drive and demonstrate progress;

9. Understand the key functionalities of GEOFLOW (incl. Zenith, QLIK, GEOBUS, etc);

10. Knowledge of different business analysis techniques;

11. Preferred skill in Database / Python / QLIK / Power BI

12 .Great adaptability,very good communication skills.
