1. 负责Odoo ERP的实施上线，最终完全交付客户使用；
2. 能独立完成系统的培训、上线各阶段指导，确保按照正确的流程执行；
3. 收集系统在实际运行时存在的问题，向ERP团队反馈并提供建议，协助ERP团队改进流程；
4. 调研和分析客户的需求，协助和引导客户完成系统实施工作；
5. 根据现有的客户资源, 维护客户, 对公司管理层进行反馈；
6. 负责ERP项目的售前售后支持；

任职要求：

1. 熟悉公司流程，公司各部门间的运作和联系，快速了解并汲取客户的需求 (Odoo内部现有主要模块：销售，CRM，采购，仓库，生产，财务，项目管理和人力资源).
2. 主导过ERP项目实施，具有至少两年以上ERP系统财务、制造、HR、CRM、PLM、进销存等模块的实施；
3. 具有ERP系统实施经验；
4. 具备一定企业管理的知识背景及相关行业知识 ；
5. 具备良好的沟通表达能力及组织协调能力；
6. 英语口语流利，具备良好的书写技巧

Who we're looking for:

The successful candidate will need to have strong self-motivation under pressure, strong willing to ERP functional analysis and R&D, have good attention to details and be able to translate information collated from project managers into information packs for the customers.

1. Responsible for the implementation and launch of Odoo ERP, which will be fully delivered to customers
2. Able to independently complete the system's training and guidance at each stage of the launch to ensure that it is executed in accordance with the correct process;
3. Collect the problems existing in the actual operation of the system, feedback and provide suggestions to the ERP team, and assist the ERP team to improve the process;
4. Investigate and analyze customer needs, assist and guide customers to complete the system implementation work;
5. According to existing customer resources, maintain customers and give feedback to the company's management;
6. Responsible for pre-sales and after-sales support of ERP projects。

You will need the following knowledge and skills:

1. Familiar with company processes, operations and contacts between various departments of the company, and quickly understand and draw customer needs (mainly existing modules in Odoo: sales, CRM, procurement, warehouse, production, finance, project management and human resources)
2. Lead the implementation of ERP projects, with at least two years of implementation of ERP system finance, manufacturing, HR, CRM, PLM, invoicing and other modules
3. ERP implementation experience is preferred;
4. Possess certain knowledge of business management and relevant industry knowledge;
5. Possess good communication and expression skills and organizational coordination skills.
6. Fluent in spoken English and good writing skills.
