工作职责

l 致力于为所有研究项目计划创建项目管理流程，***实现方法，工具，概览表

l 分析电子烟产品的市场需求和竞争趋势，制定战略，产品开发计划和方案

l 整合内部和外部资源，并负责产品选择和发布的整个项目链

l 不断优化，开发和整合流程，不断开发具有竞争优势的产品

l 负责协调项目开发工作，促进项目有序进行，并确保产品按时，按质量推出并投放市场

l 跟踪市场发展，有针对性地不断完善产品

l 负责新产品项目中衔接研发与供应链系统及ODM/OEM工厂接口，参与项目研发与导入量产全过程；

l 参与新产品各阶段评审，给出Design for Excellent建议及安排相关预研及试产验证，推动新产品项目QCT问题解决；参与新产品量产时电子/结构设计方面的工艺设计与管理，提升产品的稳定性；

l 负责新产品导入阶段相关工作，对试制/试产阶段的结构、电子问题进行分析定位，实施跟进解决方案，实线闭环；

l 独立编排工艺流程SPO文件，制定PMFEA文件等文件；负责产品急速上量交付达成，推动相关新产品导入过程流程优化。

l 能够独立设计新产品试制阶段所需工装夹治具，达到设计合理、使用方便、作业规范的要求，以达到提升工作效率和工艺标准的目的；

l 对生产异常能够独立分析，能够完成新产品功能异常分析、失效分析和改良建议报告；

l 试产相关数据文件资料等信息收集；

l 公司布置的其他必要职责

岗位要求：

l 本科以上学历，机械设计、机电一体化等相关专业， 8年以上产品设计与开发工作经验；且对电子烟行业充满信心，对电子烟产品充满热情

l 具备独立设计能力，熟练运用Pro/e、inventor, AutoCAD等设计软件；

l 熟悉产品结构设计、开发整个流程，能自主推进项目；

l 掌握结构设计、材料、加工及模具等方面的专业知识；

l 了解国内外相关法规，指导原则，对国内外研发前沿形势、政策变化等有前瞻性、预见性认识；

l 英语4级以级，具有良好的英文口语及书写能力，有与国外客户打交道经验的优先；

l 有五年以上电子烟研发主管和经理经验者或陶瓷雾化芯电子烟经验优先

E-cigarette Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

l Lead effort to create project management processes, best practices, tools, dashboards for all research project initiatives

l Analyze market demand and competition trends for e-cigarette products, and formulate strategy, product development plans and programs

l Integrate internal and external resources and be responsible for the entire project link of product selection and launch

l Continuously optimize, develop and integrate the processes, and continuously develop products with competitive advantages

l Responsible for coordinating the project development work, promoting the orderly progress of the project, and ensuring that the products are introduced and launched on time and quality

l Track market development, and continuously improve products in a targeted manner.

l Responsible for liaise between R&D and supply chain and ODM/OEM factory for introducing new product projects, participating in the whole process of project R&D and implement mass production;

l Review the new products at all stages, provide Design for Excellent suggestions, arrange related pre-research and trial production verification, solving the QCT problem of new product projects; participate in the process design and management of electronic/structural design for new products mass production, and improve products Stability;

l Responsible for the work related to the new product introduction phase, analyze and identify the structure and electronic problems in the prototype / trial production phase, implement follow-up solutions, and close the project;

l Independently conduct the process flow SPO documents, create PMFEA and other documents; be responsible for the fast delivery of products, and improve the optimization of related new product introduction processes.

l Ability to independently design tooling fixtures required in the trial production stage of new products to meet the design requirements, easy to use, and standard operation specifications for improving work efficiency and process standards;

l Ability to independently analyze production failures and conduct new product mis-functional analysis, failure analysis; and corrective action reports;

l Collect the trial production-related data, documents, and other information, identify and solve problems in the trial production stage quickly to ensure the smooth introduction of new products into mass production.

l Familiar with e-cigarette’s ceramic atomizer core business is preferred

l Other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

l Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical design, mechanical & electrical engineering, etc., more than 8 years’ experience in e-cigarette product design and development; has confidence in the e-cig industry and passion for e-cig products;

l Has independent design capabilities, be able to skilled use of Pro / e, inventor, AutoCAD and other design software;

l Familiar with the whole process of product structure design and development, and be able to promote the project independently;

l Master the professional knowledge in structural design, materials, processing and molds;

l Understand relevant domestic and foreign laws and regulations, policies, and have a forward-looking and foreseeable understanding of the frontier situation of domestic and foreign R&D and policy changes;

l English level 4 or above, with good oral and written English skills, experience in dealing with foreign customers is preferred

l More than five years of e-cigarette R&D supervisor and manager experience or ceramic atomizer core e-cigarette experience is preferred
