Job Summary:

This role is responsible for producing high volume product photography for the home category.multiple ecommerce brands, particularly apparel and accessories on model and tabletop.  The role will act as the primary liaison between the production studio and the account manager assigned clients, and will be responsible for managing project budgets, coordinating production details, supervising crew on set, and managing captured assets.

Responsibilities:

·       Develop and maintain contact with and project integrity for the assigned clients

·       Ensure the efficiency, organization, and delivery of each project.

·       Responsible for the creation and maintenance of:

o   Production and delivery schedules 

o   Estimates, invoices, and expenses

o   Shot lists

o   Securing all necessary talent and props

o   Merchandise and data tracking

·       Manage large amounts of shot list data and ensure data integrity through our proprietary digital asset management database and through data manipulation in Excel.

·       Collaborate with the merchandise coordinator to ensure that merchandise is available for efficient captures on set.

·       Organize multiple photo teams to ensure all daily deliverables are met.

·       Procure and schedule crew, distributing weekly call sheets.  Monitor performance of crew relative to defined expectations.

·       Continually expand the studio talent roster including models, stylists and other freelancers, seeking client approval as needed. 

·       Ensure strict adherence to client’s creative standards.

·       Manage and collaborate with Post Production team to ensure deadlines are met while fully understanding all deliverables involved. 

·       Clearly communicate all needs with internal teams as well as the client to ensure a flawless workflow and experience. 

·       Ensure all pre-production and on-set needs are anticipated and met. 

·       Ensure strict adherence to the established Standard Operating Procedure and collaborate with the Executive Producer to negotiate any out of scope requests.

·       Proactively suggest new recommendations to current workflow.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant, equivalent experience.

·       Minimum of 4 years’ experience associated with in high-volume commercial photography production

·       Excellent Data Management and Excel on Mac platform

·       Working knowledge of Photoshop

·       Experience in the Photography Industry or related field

·       Excellent management and people skills

·       Detail oriented, organized, able to manage multiple projects
