Descriptions：

- Assist manager to manage ocean team to work smoothly and fruitfully, to achieve company goals        

- Monitor ocean team keep a smooth handling for all shipments with high efficiency and effectiveness

- Enhance the coordination and relationships with different parties’ in–house and external

- Plan coordinate activities day-to-day to achieve results and standards expected. Ensure available resources are used effectively across teams.

- With others, identify, evaluate and develop opportunities to grow the business with customers such as through innovative or more efficient technologies, methods or processes. Provide direct leadership to effective deploy innovative practices and technologies leading to significant growth on gross profit, productivity and efficiency.

- Ensure systems are used and people are trained to achieve the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. Contribute to improvement of systems, processes and standards, and to sustainability in safety and environmental performance.

Qualifications：

- Ability to monitor compliance with Company goals/procedures

- Good problem solving skill, good communication skill, motivation, ability to prioritize tasks, delegation and selection

- Working knowledge of Freight Forwarding practices

- Good command of written and spoken English
