1. 負責私有雲、公有雲系統運維、上線工作；

2. 負責Vendor運維權限審核，系統上線審核；

3. 負責內控工作的執行、文檔管理、變更管理、故障管理；

4. 負責實現系統的業務監控、性能監控，並推進系統的穩定性及性能優化；

5. 負責跟進系統告警，協調各方處理緊急故障，對故障追根溯源記錄在案，跟進徹底解決；

岗位要求：

1. 3年以上運維、開發、變更管理等工作經驗；

2. 熟悉Linux系統，了解網絡基本技術，熟悉TCP/IP協議工作原理；

3. 熟悉雲計算雲平台，有阿里雲、華為雲、AWS實際使用維護經驗；

4. 熟悉各種服務器監控平台的使用，及時發現业务平台問題並及時跟進解決優化；

5. 在服務質量管理等方面有體系性理解，有相關流程、工具建設的能力；

6. 對系統故障和用戶投訴有很強的問題處理和推動能力；
