• 領導開發團隊計劃和執行項目，包括收集和分析用戶需求，指定功能需求，推動系統集成和實施，管理工作質量以及產生項目文件

• 負責與團隊和外部供應商的技術和非技術用戶之間的聯絡，以確保所涉各方對產品和業務注意事項有了解並了解

• 根據項目里程碑和時間表推動和交付項目計劃

• 溝通項目事宜。特別是在項目績效和變更管理事宜上參與項目治理

• 擔任項目經理並與供應商一起簡化業務流程並製定解決方案

• 在最終用戶接受之前，制定測試計劃並參與功能的驗證和測試

• 監督營銷自動化平台和用戶採用情況的培訓。領導用戶驗收測試，同時糾正出現的任何問題

要求

• 具備編碼經驗（Android的Kotlin； iOS Swift的經驗將是加分項），自動化測試

• 具有電信業或互聯網背景，或在移動軟件公司工作，團隊規模超過3-5名工程師

• 可以獨立工作並且具有較強的領導能力

• 3-5年的移動開發最低工作經驗年限
