Role Purpose：

To assist Sr Merchandiser in daily work in order to achieve the buying strategies in bulk deliery.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow-up and tracking the production status to reach an on-time delivery.

• Execute FOB estimation with Sr. Merchandiser, price comparison and price negotiation

• Update product master and issue PO through system.

• Execute label and price tag production

• Trims and fabric review and approval

• Incoming sample details checking before present to Sr. Merchandiser and Technician.

• Execute and update T&A and work closely with Sr. Merchandiser for and potential production problems

• Follow up and tracking samples, ordering and allocation.

• Follow up lab test/ inspection and schedule the delivery in-warehouse status

• Follow up post-delivery documentation

   

Requirements:

• Textile/garment merchandising education background is preferred.

• At least 2 years working experience with similar position in garment/textile industry.

• Basic knowledge of processes in apparel factories, all factors affecting product pricing, garment production

• Team player with detail-minded.

• Well organized and manage multiple tasks, in timely manner

 

Other Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin,familiar with English & Cantonese is preferable.

• Experiences of working in Fast Fashion supply chain companies (e.g. brands, mills, garment factories, etc.)

• Strong mindset of quick-response and short leadtime to be the keys of success

• Cost-conscious and sensitive to number/money

• High adaptability of high work pressure and complete works within shortest time
