1.Provide legal consultation on all issues to the corporate.

2.Draft, review and take the responsibility on the corporate legal documents regarding the Canada Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP)

3.In charge of canadian visa and citizenship application via Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP).

4.Represent the corporate on establishing good relationship with agents, law firms, Canadian Employer as well as the Immigration Bureau by providing efficient feedback and follow-ups.

5.To facilitate between the Chinese team and Canada team for AIPP program. 

6.Set up and managing internal filings system for AIPP.

7.Represent the immigration-related subjects at marketing seminars;

8.Other related business upon assigement by the GM Office
