Job Description:
1. Analysis, conceptual design, and implementation of business-specific ERP functionality and requirements;
2. Integration of solutions with existing databases and applications;
3. Development of data migration strategies and tests;
4. Documentation of implementation solutions and strategies;
5. Cooperation with users and project team members in solving support requests;
6. Providing integrative know-how and solution inputs during the strategic implementation and integration of the ERP system in further SHL companies worldwide;
7. Further development and maintenance of existing ERP components.

Requirements:
1. Experience in the implementation, integration, or management of standardized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for several years;
2. Deep-seated and solid knowledge of ERP standards, preferable in one of the market-leading ERP solutions (e.g. Epicor E9, SAP ERP, Oracle JDE, PeopleSoft Enterprise, Microsoft Dynamics, or others)
3. Proven ability to understand, gather, and analyze complex business requirements, map out business processes, communicate to all levels of an organization, develop project plans, and execute those plans;
4. Strong experience and skills in transfer of user requirements into technical requirements and acceptance criteria;
5. Experienced in Quality Engineering principles throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality and to indentify defects and design flaws;
6. Strong ability to manage and prioritize efforts to ensure deadlines;
7. Experience with web service solutions;
8. Prior coding experience is a must, knowledge of .NET framework is a plus;
9. Thorough understanding of database and data warehouse designs;
10. Strong SQL Server experience, including Reporting Services (SSRS), Crystal Reports, Integration Services, Analytical Services;
11. Know-how in executing database maintenance and analysis tasks to guarantee and improve performance and functionality;
12. Analytical and combinatory faculty of thought are self-evident;
13. Open minded, good listener, and very good readiness of mind to understand and handle requirements with a strong customer service orientation;
14. An interest in working in an international environment is self-evident due to the team and company structure;
15. To ensure a proper communication with company-wide users and team members written and spoken, advanced English abilities in listening, speaking, and writing are critical.
