Project Manager (Retail Shop Design and Project Management)

   

  

Responsibilities:

  

• Coordination and preparation for tender, drawings, submission, reports, site coordination, and material procurement, etc.

• Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects, including progress, quality, cost and client relation

• Coordination with various parties, such as clients, landlords, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure project is on track and all the requirements are met

• Regularly communicate the project status to Project Director/supervisor and maintain communication with all project team members

• Basic knowledge in E&M specifications

• Monitor the execution of projects to ensure local statutory standards and project requirements have met

• Site visit and follow up the progress of project

• Must be willing to travel

                

 

  

Qualifications:

  

• University degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines

• Minimum 5 years solid experience, particularly in LUXURY RETAIL PROJECTS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Email, AutoCAD, MS Project, Photoshop and Illustrator

• Strong in project administration, documentation, understanding of construction drawings, technical design detailing, and have a reasonably good design sense

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Ability to work independently as well as a good team player

• Must have strong communication, organization, time management, inter-personal skills, and be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
