The Shipping Analyst will be based in 深圳福田保税区, China.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• 1. Daily shipping work; 日常船务工作；
  2. Clear Logic, handing exceptions in time; 逻辑清晰, 及时处理异常；
  3. Follow customers special requirement on timely; 及时跟进客户特殊出货需要；
  4. Customs document review and Cooperate with Customs General trade import declaration price review;
  有良好的沟通能力、责任心强，具备优秀团队合作精神；
  5. Update daily report; 登记日常出货。
  6. Prepare monthly report and claim report. 月结总结；
  7. Good in English reading and writing, reply email in English independently. 英语读写熟练，能看懂英文邮件及独立回复

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 1. Knowledge of logistics and shipping. 熟悉物流船务知识；
  2. Rich professional knowledge and flexible handle affairs; 专业知识丰富，处事灵活;
  3. Good Communication skill. 良好的沟通技能;
  4. Proficient in Excel skills 熟练EXCEL技巧
  5. College degree above 大专以上学历
  6. 3+ years experience 3年以上工作经验
