Main Objective:

As a member of Controlling team, the position report to Business Controlling Director , and work closely with headquarter in France, management and each department in all the following controlling functions:
？ Prepare and track brand budget;
？ Perform timely and value-added business analysis to support management to make business decision;
？ Prepare regular corporate and local reporting
？ Involve in controlling /business intelligence refinement projects

Main Responsibility:

Business planning and follow up
？ Work with budget owners to prepare company budget and revisions (three times a year), including collect information, analyze department inputs, prepare working paper and budget package
？ After budget submission, track key business drivers (e.g. Sales by channel, media, events, CAPEX etc) and budget variance on a regular basis and provide actionable recommendation for budget owners

Business Analysis
？ Conduct regular business / ROI analysis for key P&L and Balance Sheet items (e.g. media, marketing, sell-out expenses, CAPEX, stock, etc)
？ Perform business analysis for ad hoc business initiatives (new channel expansion, etc) under the guidance of Dior Business Controlling Director
？ Track and monitor company business KPI on a monthly basis

Corporate and local reporting
？ Prepare monthly management reports
？ Work with SSC accounting team in monthly closing, and review Dior P&L (e.g. accrual, cut-off)

Working process refinement
？ Help to improve existing controlling process by standardizing procedure / automation etc

Profiles We are looking for:

Key competencies:
？ Analytical mindset;
？ Good communication skills in both English & Mandarin;
？ Good business knowledge of luxury goods, consumer goods, and/or retail industry
？ Quick learning, ability to work under pressure and deadline, precise and proactive, committed and reliable, independent thinking

Technical skills:
？ Solid knowledge of financial accounting and managerial accounting, CPA or Management Accountant qualification preferred
？ Good command of Excel, PPT and Access
？ Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX (Axapta) / JDE / SAP
？ Knowledge of VBA/Excel Macro would be a plus

Profile :
？ Bachelor degree or above with majority in finance, accounting, business administration or related
？ 5+ years related experience in one or more of the following

- FP&A or business controlling in multinational company, preferably in luxury products, consumer goods, or retail industries
- Audit / corporate finance in big 4 accounting firm
