职位描述
+ Advice and support all HR-related issues (staffing, labor law,individual income tax and social legislation, collective agreement, etc.)
+ Control and organize of salary structures and salary processes, review all existing structures and processes and ensure they meet China labor law requirements
+ Conduct the annual salary adjustment
+ Implementation of annual quantitative and qualitative personnel planning (HR budget planning)
+ Maintain up-to-date recruitment process
+ Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner
+ Efficient cooperation with temporary-employment-agencies
+ Manage employee retention
+ Set up and maintain the relevant recruiting regulations and processes
+ HR Administration (employment contracts, work references, database / filing)
+ Compile and regular review with HR related legal templates (including labor contract, training agreement, Prohibition from Competition etc)
+ Development of concepts and solutions for all HR issues (e.g. Remuneration, Health Management, Hours of employment)
+ Ensure the formulation and implementation of long-term effective and future-oriented HR Policies
+ Management & development of the local HR team (disciplinary)
+ Organization & monitoring of all training and development measures
+ Active support and advice in reorganization and change processes
+ Managing and organizing /monitoring specific HR Development topics and processes (Talent Management, Employer Branding, HR Marketing, Performance Management, Change Management)
+ others as assigned by management
+ HR management of a small number of staff in subsidiary in south of China
+ Bachelor degree
+ At least 3-5 years in an HR generalist role for a small medium western organization here in China
+ German or related company culture background preferred
+ Experience of leading a small team of 1-2 people
+ Experience in a manufacturing company, industrial B2B industry
+ Familiar with company start up process, be able review and improve upon the whole HR and Admin system to ensure full compliance with legal requirements
+ Excellent knowledge in all areas of HR Knowledge of legal context as well as local legislation relevant for HR (e.g. tax regulations, labor law, etc.)
+ Computer literate
+ Hands-on self-starter, capable of juggling multiple priorities
+ Able to speak to be people in difficult situations to support a positive outcome
+ Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills including the ability to provide coaching on decision-making to address disciplinary and ethics issues
+ Chinese native speaker
+ Fluent English (7/10)
+ Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
+ Result orientated
+ Willing to work in Fengxian
