岗位职责Job responsibility：
1、参与质量分析、编制质量控制计划并推动实施；
Participate in quality analysis, prepare quality control plans and promote implementation;
2、开发进度、质量风险预警、开发关键节点质量管控；
Development progress, risk early warning, quality control of key development nodes;
3、协调相关部门对质量问题进行分析，并监督改善措施的执行情况和效果；
Coordinate with relevant departments to analyze quality issues, and supervise the implementation and effects of improvement measures;
4、对接客户质量审核，跟踪问题处理与改善；
Responsible for client quality audit, and follow up on problem shooting and improvement.
5、负责产品相关质量文件和记录的维护和控制，协助推进公司质量体系建设、持续改进及质量提升。
Responsible for the maintenance and control of product-related quality documents and records, and assist in the promotion of the company's quality system construction, continuous improvement and quality improvement.
6、完成领导交办的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

任职要求Job requirement：
1. 本科以上学历，理工科相关专业；
Bachelor’s degree and above; science and engineering related majors are preferred;
2. 英语四级以上，有英文读写能力；
CET-4 or above, with English reading and writing skills;
3. 二年以上质量相关工作经验，有汽车、电子等相关行业经验；有高新技术企业经验优先；
More than 2 years of work experience on the position of QC in automobile and electron related industries; experience in new high-tech enterprise is preferred.
4. 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系，熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法；了解产品工艺流程；
Familiar with the ISO9001 quality management system, familiar with the use of quality management tools and methods; know product process.
4. 沟通能力强；责任心强，严谨细致；有分析解决问题的能力；
Good communication skills; strong sense of responsibility and preciseness; able to solve problems.
5. 熟练使用Word，Excel，PPT等办公软件。
Proficiency in using Office software such as Word, Excel, PPT.
