岗位职责Job responsibility：

1. 研发物料的询货、议价、样品结果跟进、订购、合同校对、采买、交货、验收、发票等全过程管理；

Management of R&D materials supplier comparison, inquiry, ordering, contract proofreading, purchasing, delivery, acceptance, and invoice.

2. 物料交付风险的识别、跟踪及解决，确保物料及时交付；

Ensure material delivery; risk identification, follow up and problem solving.

3. 供应商开发、稽核及确认；供应商日常管理和维护；

Supplier development, audit and confirmation; supplier daily management and maintenance.

4. 管理采购合同、供应商文件资料，定期收集、整理供应商信息资源库；

Manage procurement contracts and supplier documents, and regularly collect and organize supplier information resources.

5. 协助完成各类信息的收集、录入统计、分析工作；

Assist on collecting all kinds of information, enter statistics, and analyze work;

6. 完成领导交办的其他任务。

Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

任职要求Job requirement：

1. 大专以上学历；理工科相关专业；

College degree or above; science and engineering related majors.

2. 英语四级以上，有英文读写能力；

CET-4 or above, with English reading and writing skills.

3. 2年以上电子类、硬件采购经验；汽车、汽车零部件行业优先；

More than 2 years of work experience in electronic and hardware purchasing, and experience in automotive and auto parts industry is preferred.

4. 沟通、谈判能力好；责任心强；

Good communication and negotiation skills; strong sense of responsibility.

5. 熟练使用Word，Excel，PPT等办公软件。

Proficiency in using Office software such as Word, Excel, PPT.
