- Manage the retail operation of the pop up store
- Assist in opening the pop up from working with the designer, the builder, VM to merchandise etc.
- Together with the merchandising team, assist in managing and looking after the brands’ requests and needs
- Working with the merchandising team to work out the OTB, product assortment & the buy
- Working with the L&D team for training before the opening of the Pop Up store etc
- Supporting line manager on some strategic business issues e.g. P&L, OTB, sell thru etc.
职位要求：
- Bachelor degree or above
- Have minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in beauty field.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-function teams and agencies.
- Bias for action attitude with good execution ability.
- Native Mandarin speaker with good written English.
- Experience in the international beauty & skin care industry is critical.
