岗位职责：
1. 人力资源规划工作，根据企业的战略目标，制定企业的人力资源规划。
2. 各部门人员的网络招聘，拓展企业的人员招聘渠道，参与面试筛选。
3. 招聘流程（月度招聘计划、面试流程、测评方法、录用管理、招聘渠道等）的优化与招聘制度的改善；
4. 办理各员工的入职与离职手续，管理入职和离职事务，及相关人事档案管理。
5. 负责员工劳动合同的拟定、签订、续签、补签、终止及归档等管理工作。
6. 确定公司人力资源培训范围、确定培训对象、制定培训计划，确定培训方案、选择培训供应商、组织和实施培训，并在培训后进行培训考核，评估培训效果。
7. 员工关系的协调处理，员工访谈和提炼反馈，提升员工满意度；
8. 负责人事相关工作的数据统计及分析报告的制作。
