1.Job Description 职位描述

• Co-operating and communicating with shippers and forwarders. 与货运商和货运代理进行沟通和合作。
• Instructing and tracing the daily deliveries from global mills and headquarter company. 及时跟踪国际货运日常发货情况。
• Instructing and organizing the weekly inbound trucks. 运输过程的跟踪及反馈，跟进每周出境货车，空运、海运及速递货件的情况。
• Controlling the bill of shipments. 货运单据的整理。
• Assist custom clerk to deal with the shipping documents. 协助海关人员处理货运单据。
• Following and adapting to the change of shipping policy. 根据货运政策的变化，适时调整相关的工作。
• Self-improvement on the managing ability and work efficiency. 自我管理能力和工作效率的提高。

2.Education Background 教育背景

• Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications. Major in International trading or relevant specialty. 本科或以上学历，国际贸易相关专业。

• At least 1 year experience of operations in international shipping department. 一年以上船务工作经验。
• Fresh graduates with well performance will be considered. 优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑。

• Abundance knowledge on operation of import and export, especially in Futian Free Trade Zone. 熟练掌握船务知识，有保税区船务操作经验优先。
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing is preferable. 有制造行业方面的经验优先考虑。
• Awareness of container volume and arrangement of LCL goods. 了解集装箱容量及散货的安排。

• Good at English, including Speaking, writing and reading. 英语听说读写熟练。

6.IT Skills IT技能

• Microsoft office, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint. 办公软件操作熟练。

7.Trait 性格特点

• Patient, careful, responsible, honest, high receptivity, responsibility and team spirit. 耐心、细心、有责任心、诚实、有团队精神及接受能力强。

• Monday to Friday 周一至周五
• 8:30-12:00, 13:00-17:30
