JOB PURPOSE

？   Develop and design our cross-border trucking and multi-model transportation solution between China and other countries
？   Make value added propositions to sales team and our networks to develop our business in this area
？   Execute and implement the project 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

Strategy:

？   Supporting to achieve company business targets by integrating the resources from all the service providers and designing the best solution, in line with agreed budget.

？   Providing alternative transportation option to customer to diversify the business relationship

Job Functions:

？   Prepare technical solution proposals including project solution design, process flow simulation, profit and lost simulation and business cases analysis  

？   Design and provide solution and service presentation

？   Support sales team and tender desk to provide valuable response to customer’s request.

？   Develop good business relationship with trucking vendors, warehouses, any other service providers in the logistics industry.

？   Follow the latest solutions software, industry trends, operation practices and technology very closely in the market

？   Expected flexibility in travelling and independence in working out solutions whenever and wherever required

？   Knowledge sharing and support – responsible for best practice sharing

？   Contribute the best practice and design smart process with operation team for cost and efficiency optimization

？   Conduct solution operational reviews for continuous improvement     

？   Meeting with Customers and attend their RFQ & Bidding  

SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

？   Bachelor degree or above, multinational logistics or freight forwarding company experience preferred;

？   3 years' proven experience in cross-border trucking;

？   Possess good communication skills and influence skill;

？   Good written and verbal English;

？   Strong knowledge on operation, product and solution design 

Able to work under stress to meet tight deadline and handling multiple tasks
