The key responsibilties for this role include (but are not limited to):

• The person will be the focal point and first contact to provide the data required for the contract operations.  He/she will work together with the business to have the data ready for loading into SAP. 
• The coordinator will also be responsible to follow-up the IDOC’s in SAP and solving the IDOC’s in error. Depending the error action/communication should be taken towards the convertor. In case of repetitive errors extra training should be proposed to the convertors
• Solving problems in a timely manner.
• Working closely with the internal supply chain team as well with the other master data team members.
• Provide training to new convertors and/or convertor team members.
• Responsible to setup new plants/convertors and/or convertor members.

                            
    

    

Basic qualifications include:

• To be successful in the role, the candidate should have good problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel and preferable in SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 year’s working experience within a business environment.
• Local as well as English speaking is required for this role.
• Able to communicate both written and verbally with in an effective and logical way with convertors as well as internal teams.
• Solution-oriented thinking, flexible and open minded.
