3、熟练操作办公软件；

岗位职责：

1、接收客户订单并及时登记处理；

2、熟悉订货流程，发邮件下订单，并跟进订单的配送进度，处理订单异常；

3、协助财务与客户进行往来对账业务，负责发票管理及跟进情况；

4、完成领导交代的其他事项。
